Concept Club Travel respects your privacy and

Membership registration information
When you become a member of Concepts Club Travel,
you provide your name(s), address(es), email address(es),
a unique login name, a password, password validation,
and other personal information. This information
is collected initially on the Concepts Club Travel
Membership Agreement for several reasons, including:
to provide personal identification; to request
and complete reservations and bookings; to allow
us to contact you regarding such requests and
reservations and for other customer service purposes;
to customise the content of the Concepts Club
Travel website to suit the needs and requirements
of members; to enhance the products and services
we offer to you; and to improve the content and
ease of use of the Concepts Club Travel website.
As indicated below, you will have the opportunity
to update your personal information following
the acceptance of your membership application.
As a Concepts Club Travel member, you may be contacted
by us via mail, email, facsimile and/or by our
membership services representatives regarding
product and service enhancements, special offers,
and other news and updates relating to your membership
and membership benefits. You may designate the
manner in which you prefer us to communicate with
you, and you may decline to receive communication

Member Profile
Concepts Club Travel members may choose to provide
information regarding travel and destination preferences,
credit card billing information, ticket delivery
address(es), product and services interests, and
other personal information. We use this information
to serve the individual needs of our members better,
and, particularly, to assist members to make reservation
requests and receive reservation confirmations
without requiring our membership services representatives
to enter the same information repeatedly each
time we serve you.
Marketing
As part of the services that Concepts Club Travel
supplies to our members, we provide regular updates
on travel and leisure opportunities that may be
of interest to our members. We assume that our
members are interested in hearing about these
opportunities so that they can best take advantage
of their membership. However, if you are a member
of the Club but you do not want to receive further
marketing communications from CVC, please let
us know through the contact details above and
we will endeavour to fulfil your request.
Contests and Surveys
We may sponsor contests to give our members the
opportunity to win travel and leisure products
and services. Information we collect as a result
of such contests can include responses to survey
questions regarding the particular travel, destination,
and service needs of our members. Because we value
the thoughts and opinions of our members, we also
frequently conduct online surveys. We use the
information we collect from contests and surveys
to understand the needs and requirements of our
members better, to enhance existing products and
services, and to develop new products and services
customised to the individual needs of our members.
IP Addresses
We collect IP addresses to evaluate our servers
and for system administration.
Sharing the Information We Receive
When you request, reserve, or purchase travel
or leisure products through us, we provide information
about you to airlines, rental car companies, cruise
lines, hotel or resort groups, and other travel
and leisure providers as necessary to fulfil your
requests and reservations. We do not sell individual
member names or related information to non-affiliated
third parties. Occasionally we may engage third
parties to provide services such as conducting
contests or surveys on our behalf, but any such
information provided to, or obtained by, a third
party will be used solely in connection with that
particular project and will be protected by a
confidentiality agreement from that third party.
In addition, we may exchange member information
to affiliates, partners and other business entities
within the CVC group of companies
In addition to the circumstances described above,
we may disclose member information if we are required
to do so by applicable law, including a court
order or a request from a law enforcement agency.
We may also disclose and use such information
if we believe, in good faith, that such disclosure
is required, including, without limitation, in
circumstances to protect the rights and property
of CVC Membership Services Pty Ltd or any of its
affiliates, any other Concepts Club Travel member(s),
or any other person(s) to whom a legal duty may
be owned. In the event of the sale of a part or
all of the CVC business, member information may
be transferred to the purchaser of the business.

You may access, view and update your personal
